Tasks
#

  • Develop bylaws and file articles of incorporation for a faith-based 501c3 not-for-profit organization. Incorporate the ministry.
  • Dissolve S-3 Corporation Parallel Spiel, Inc dba Parallel Games.
  • Help resolve any tax or accounting issues with Parallel Spiel, Inc. There isn’t much, but I do need to catch up on some books and need help with this. The total company is a massive loss from a financial perspective, so I don’t see this being too pressing of a concern with the IRS, but I need some help regardless.
  • Transfer all company goodwill and IP from Parallel Spiel, Inc into the ministry 501c3 not-for-profit corporation.
  • Develop a charter and bylaws for the ministry. Simple and straight forward is best.
  • Convert a set of IP contracts established for Paralle Games into a set of similar contracts for the ministry.
  • A better legal framework for this bounty program, including a structured set of agreements for standard types of bounties.
  • Provide basic legal representation for the ministry on a fixed-fee basis (and retainer).

  • All works provided must be at the highest standards of quality, creativity, artistic integrity, and craftsmanship.
  • No AI. I have AI. I’m paying you for taste. Be original. Be human. Use your human brain to do creative human things.
  • Your work is not guarenteed to be accepted. We are a client. This is a project. We are hiring you. We expect you to work with us towards our vision, not yours. :) What you come up with might be amazing in technical achievement, but if it isn’t aligned with the brief or the intent of our mission we will have to reject the work, or work with you for reasonable adjustments. Review our bounty policies. You must apply for the bounty before beginning work on it.
